Aveda Sap Moss concentrate....

How long do y'all keep this in your hair before shampooing? The bottle says 1-2 minutes, but I want to know if it's more beneficial if it stays in the hair for 30-60 minutes. I want to use this as a pretreatment before I go to the Dom. salon tomorrow....

I've left it on all day, days, a few minutes. I haven't noticed any difference. It does make my hair feel smooth though even before I rinse it out which is why at times I've left it in for days.

I've left mine in for 30 minutes before shampooing and didn't feel any adverse effects, just soft moisturized hair.
