I have been conditioning - just haven't updated here! I've been DCing every Sunday with Queen Helene Super Cholesterol. I wash first, coat my strands with shea butter, then I put on the conditioner. I sit under the heat cap for an hour.

I just got braids again, so i will be DCing every two weeks.

I have a small Kiwi & Avocado DC'er but haven't tried it yet.

This was new to me. I really liked it. So i plan to use it in my rotation of protein treatments.
