I really don't think it's ok to use them everyday. Maybe some ladies actually do. You should invest in preserving the style. Alot of ladies pincurl, please don't ask me how to do it!!! I dunno how, maybe someone will chime in soon. I bought a caruso last yr and haven't even opened the box yet. I know, wth am waiting for, right?

Although I've used them for at least 7 years, I am not an expert but believe that it is okay to use them daily.

I have not used direct heat for about 4 months now so I do roller sets each week When they need touching up, I throw a few caruso's in there at least every two days.

The only thing that I think people would be afraid of is that the rollers are sponge but some sisters on the board use end papers... I don't however.

I think they are ok for daily usage just as long as you use end papers. I dont wear my hair down that much but I have used them 2 or 3 days in a row with no problems.

I think they're safe. I use them almost daily. There's a thread called Caruso 101...do a quick search. Good information there.

Sometime I use them every day. At other times I can go weeks without using them. I gues depends on what kind of mood I am in. Caruso is safe to use every day.

I use the VS Steam Setter instead of Caursos but eh, same difference, lol. I voted I use them only once in a while. I use them primarily for if I'm going out that night and need a quick set. It's used as pretty much my quick fix. I would say it's alright to use steam rollers. I would suggest using end papers like someone mentioned. If I don't use them, my ends will look incredibly frizzy. Not a good look.

I probably wouldn't use them daily, but that's just me. My curls usually last 3-4 days...

I use them as needed, it could be 2x a week, but sometimes everyday. It really depends on what my style is. Right now I am wearing an updo with a swoop bang, and I have been curling the bang every day. I hope its not too bad to use them everyday. I will be getting some end papers the next time I'm at Sally's. My hair always feels moisturized after I use them.
