You could still get it online. There is a big ad on the left hand side of this forum for Sams 24-7 :) I'm tempted to buy a few things from them myself ;)

Hope you had a wonderful trip :)

The trip was wonderful. No problems, Mon. My son had a good time for the most part. He and my boyfriend got on each other's nerves. I guest I could order online. I should of told ya I was going so I could of gotten it from the market for less.

I went last year...what areas did you go too?

I went to Negril. I took a taxi ride and he had offered to take us to Supermarket. My hair was looking some kind of try too. I didn't once think of Jamaican castor oil.

What is La India?

I went to a resort in Negril...it was nice. The beaches are nice too!

Glad you had a great time.

I forgot all about the black castor oil. I could of got the real deal from Jamaica. Darn it.

CG, this is a stupid question, but is the oil supposed to be black? If not, why is it called black castor oil. Thanks, I just orders from Sams and I don't know if I got what I am supposed to have.

I was wondering why I hadn't seen you post for a minute. Welcome back. Glad you enjoyed your trip!

I'm in JA so often i call it my 2nd home. My parents live there also.

For the past 6 months both my Mum and i have looked for the Black Castor Oil and we can't find it. When we ask in a shop we get blank faces. We live in St Elizabeth.

Where my Dad comes from - up in the hills - in Cumberland, Manchester a women told us she knew of a woman who made it. We still haven't gotten around to finding this person.

I can't find where to buy it in the UK.

FYI... ladies, Black Castor oil is not sold on shelves in Jamaica. You have to pre-order days in advance, as it's made fresh. It's actually much darker than the stuff made in North America. There are only a handful of people and places that make the stuff. Just a word of caution..if you do ask some one to purchase some when coming back from Jamaica ...be certain to taste it:help3:..yes taste it..they have been know to put salt in the mix..only the Lord knows why:perplexed. But you certainly wouldn't want to be rubbing salt in your hair thinking your doing something good:pullhair:.

Hair Iam thanks for letting me know. I don't feel like I missed out on an opportunity.

I called It Jamaican Black castor oil just because I always associate it as being black. The castor oil I use is actually clear goldish liquid.

Ladies I had a great trip. It was very relaxing. Americans are too uptight. I love the Jamaican's philosphy of No worries, No problems. I feel so relaxed and energized from my trip. I am trying to keep the inner peace I feel from the trip as long as possible.

Yep I've heard from relatives its not easy to get hold off.

An aunt managed to get me some homemade stuff as well as a bottle by a company based in Kingston called Wilpar Limited. The stuff smells nice and nutty. It is a very small bottle and cost J$263.00 (c.£1.87). There are contact details on the bottle if you want the details let me know:yep:
