I need some techniques. I read sistaslick's information and tried it last night and my hands kept cramping up. Am I doing something wrong?

You can try easing up on the pressure you're applying to the skin and cutting down on the time you spend in each position. If 1 minute is causing your hands to hurt, cut it down to 20-30 seconds in each position and see if you can work up from there with time. I've been doing this for a couple of years so it's pretty cinchy to me, I didn't realize it might be a little too much for those just starting.
If my hand/arm started hurting, it would be session over and I'd finish up where I left off later. You don't have to do the entire thing in one sit down session--especially if its uncomfortable. Don't feel like you have to!

I know, right??! hahahaha Okay, thanks lady. I know I was pressing hard to make sure I was getting good circulation going. If I still "can't get right", what about one of those little small vibrating massagers? Can I hold that on my head in different spots and get the same results as a finger massage?
I love my octopus. I actually can continue getting ready in the morning or sip tea at night while my scalp is being massaged. *sigh*
What's the octopus?? Tell me...tell me!! I want it now!!![]()
Ooops I keep calling it that (because that's what it looks like) I actually have a Sqwiggler. It has 2 speeds. I love that thing.
ETA: I got it from unwind.com, but I would have sworn it was only $14.00.![]()
