Wow, these are excellent!

Niacin, zinc, sulfur amino acid complex, msm, collage: What a beautiful formulation! They've been studying and YOU found them! I don't know what molybdenum is though!

I think you've picked a winner. When will you start?

Honestly I stumbled across them in the BSS and the price is not bad $12. It's on amazon too. I'll buy them and start tomorrow and update this thread in 30 days. Thanks!

Also, I looked up molybdenum and it's found naturally in beans, oats and barley http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=128

@LiftedUp,

It looks like molybdenum [sounds like I'm saying 'Johnny B Goode'] breaks down and converts sulfur into something useable by the body. I think it optimizes the sulfur within the formulation. They really thought out this formulation. I've never seen a hair vitamin formulation like this before. You've stumbled across a gold mine and made a fabulous decision to purchase and use these vitamins. Girl, you win and will have the tresses to prove it! Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

I just bought a hair vitamins. The first ingredients are:
L-Cystine (204 mg)
L-Methionine (50 mg)

I looked on Amazon.uk and Amazon.fr to see if they carried them. They don't. So I have placed these vitamins on my list to buy when I come home to see my mother in the United States.

Edit: I stand corrected. They are on Amazon France but for 50 Euros! Nerp!!!

I've known about these for years. I don't know why the PJ in me never took the plunge to buy. So cheap with so many great ingredients.

I tried Nature's Bounty a couple of years ago and they were too strong for me. Made my toes cramp. I learnt the importance of fully functioning toes that day lol. I gave them to my mother though and she used them with no issue.

Forgot to ask, is she still taking them? Did they assist with hair growth??

I have a 2 month supply of manetabolism left so after I complete that I may try this. I will be watching for those 2 months for updates here if it seems great I will take the plunge.

Manetabolism has been very kind to me tho, makes me wonder if I really should change it up.

@LiftedUp Any updates? I may pick these up if I see them at the BSS.
I'm still taking them. Started a new box. I'm giving it 3 months before I have a good verdict. I got extra growth with my last touch up, however, I also stretched for 3 months. My nails retained length, but I wear gel polish. So I'm not sure if the vitamins added to those results. In 3 months time I think I'll be able to give a better review.
