Hubby used up my Lekair ( or Lustrasilk, I can't remember) by using it as a leave in on his hair with no problems.

I wouldn't use either of those as a leave in for my hair b/c of the protein but I LOVE Queen Helene as a leave in. I use it as a leave in sometimes when I'm cornrowing my hair to put under my wigs.
 
OK so last night I tried Queen Helene for the first time... Sooooo thick I could hardly spread it through my hair!!! I applied, wrapped in film and steamed for half an hour. Well the verdict is in: My hair came out absolutely the softest it EVER has, in fact it was so soft and smooth it felt like GLASS!!!!! This stuff is so good I think I'll only use it 1x - 2x per month - it cost £1.69/$2.50 and will last about three months so this is now a lifetime staple for me!
 
Im DCing under my hc with QH Cholesterol right now I thought I only had maybe 3 uses left with a half a jar boy was I wrong this stuff gonna last me another year:)
 
i was looking for le kair but found this instead... and I LOVE IT because it only moisturized and doesnt have proteins. my hair is so soft and moisturized after this. i find a staple surprisingly :-)

Queen Helen all the way. I have a ton of conditioners I ordered, low and behold my hair loves QH the best.
My hair is such a &%5:. All that money and it respond to queen Helen $2.99

I saw that too. I feel like the only places they're selling it is both on the online and brick-n-mortar bss but I can't find it at a more "reputable" place like Wal-Mart or Sally's. It makes me wonder how old the ones they're selling at these other places are.

Edit: Now that I'm looking at LeKair, I can't find it anywhere that's not a bss either... I remember years ago it being in Wal-Mart but that may be discontinued too... I might have to go with Queen Helene. I remember using that one years ago... I think I'll try the ginseng and super ones. I just don't want to try something that's already been discontinued, end up loving it and a year later can't find it at all anymore.
