I do a co wash daily with le kair cholesterol conditioner. I hear there is such a thing as "over conditioning" do you think that daily conditioning with cholesterol is too much. Also is cholesterol considered a protein conditioner? I know conditioning frequently with protein conditioners is bad because it hardens the hair.

for those of you who condition daily can you please let me know what conditioners work well for you.

Thanks

Hey.
For protein it is when your hair gets brittle and dry and breaks.
For a moisterising condtioner it becomes to soft and breaks.
Now as to whether it is a protein or not I don't know. It is marketed as a deep conditioner so it probably has a good balance of both. Frankly, it doesn't work for my hair.
I like Suave Humectant. HTH

When I'm conditioning daily I like something light...lighter than cholesterol.

VO5 S&C, VO5 Pina Colada, Pantene (not everyday though).....

I think the V05 Conditioners are great for daily use. They smell good, they're nice and light.

I agree on the V05 b/c they are pretty light conditioners. Suave would probably work just as well!
