Curlmart or Aveyou?

I've ordered from both but it's been a minute. Product quality wise, which one do you prefer now? I know the shipping with both is pretty decent (well with Curlmart if you spend $50 or more which I plan to do). I'd love your input ladies.

I would recommend Aveyou. Curlmart has a history of subpar customer service and product staleness issues.

In lieu of everything that's been going on lately, I'm going to try to cut my purchases from CM.

Granted: CM has more of a variety of Natural/Handmades as oppose to AveYou, but CM has been known for selling old, dusty, consistency-issued stuff and get a lot of various complaints CS-wise.

I have not heard of very many complaints from AveYou and have not had any myself.

I'll hafta' roll out with Pampered & Twisted, Hattache, Sage and some others.

I'm going to really, really try to break my ties with CM.

Thank you ladies! I just want some Curl Junkie and Darcy's. I can also get my Jessicurl from Aveyou also. Those are the only brands (other than LACE, Smooth Naturals, APB, and now Oyin is at Target) that I would need to get necessarily from there.

AveYOU, the only thing Curlmart has on AveYOU is they have more lines but AveYOU is the bidness hands down with customer service AND shipping.

Yeah, they do that a lot and then say: Forget-ta-'bout it.

However, CM has been known to act snippy, want proof, send it back etc...

AveYou is definitely a lot easier to deal with in situations like that.

If it's not free shipping, I wouldn't mess with CM. I had to go through PayPal to my $10.50 back. Two day mail that took forever to get here. Didn't reply to chat message or email. When I called they promised to call back the next day, after investigating. Guess what? They never called back.

They replied through PayPal though,

I've only ordered from AY once and it was a pleasant experience.

Definitely AveYOU. I only purchase from CM when I need something from Oyin and they have a free shipping promo for orders of any size.

I wish I would've saw this before I bought Oyin from there, they sent me spoiled product too

I think OHH has a shorter shelf-life. I keep this Refrigerated.

And people have had 'spoiled' OHH from CM and also Hair Dew (which is so strange because folks usually buys this up quickly) during the Free Ship & 20% off CM has from time to time.

When OHH goes bad, it has a very tart, very rancid scent.
