How is this product? I saw the commercials and was wondering. The search function isn't working so I hope this hasn't been asked a million times! Any reviews are helpful!

I'm wondering if anyone has tried it.

I saw the ad, but I know I can't buy anything new. I have more than enough items to use up. I don't feel it's appropriate for my type of hair.

My mother ordered this (without talking to me first). She said that she didn't see a difference in her hair. She thought that the informercial and literature were misleading because she thought the trial period was 14 days, not 30 days as she thought. When she called in to customer service to process the return, that is when she learned that the trial period had passed. When she balked at paying $149, they lowered the price to $79.

Your experience with the products may be different but I would make sure that you're clear about the return policy if the products don't work for you.
