Yes but you have to be careful to not over manipulate as it will cause breakage and you would not have retained your previous length plus NG

Yes, I stretch for 5 months and the NG is no joke. Sometimes when I do relax I get under processed because it's so thick.

I think it's safer to say, 'the longer you stretch your hair the more growth you'll SEE; not HAVE, because hair doesn't grow any faster whether you stretch or not

This is me as well, currently 4 months post. Plan on going 6 but I may go 5, I'll see how things go as I get more into this stretch.
