Miss:

Design Essentials Natural Almond & Avocado Detangling Leave-In Conditioner
Design Essentials Natural Daily Moisturizing Lotion

They smelled like candy apples but has a wet texture unlike most cream leave in conditioners. It makes my hair look very dull as well.

Miss
Theraneem Shampoo

It left my hair tangly and felt stripped. I had to follow up with Tresemne Naturals Vibrantly Smooth conditioner to get my hair to behave again :-(

Continued Hits:
b.a.s.k. Apple Sorghum Hair Pre-Treat
KeraVada Hair Oils
Extra Dark JBCO
Viviscal Hair Vitamins

My hit for May is the Birchbox customer service hotline. They know how to hook a girl up. I will purchase from their website for sure in the future.

Hit: Kinky-Curly Knot Today

I know; I'm so late about trying this product, but I'm glad I finally did. Tangles, be gone!

Hit
Silk Dreams Avocado Pudding
My hair is very soft and smooth. It truly feels silky. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Vanilla Silk just didn't work for me but Avocado pudding and Shea what Deux are definite keepers.

I had a bad experience with the leave in conditioner too. It gave no slip at all.

HUGE HIT:
Mixing b.a.s.k. YAM with another Conditioner. Works Great!

I've read and watch YT Videos where folks were mixing YAM with b.a.s.k. Cacao Bark.

Well, it works great mixing it with other stuff too.

So far, I've mixed it with AO WC, SD's Razz and today with BlueRoze Beauty's Coffee, Cocoa & Rhassoul DC'er.:lick:

Will use it up this way with other opened DC'er i.e. KBB Luscious Locs and a few others.

And again. CASTOR OIL.
I'm not one to "switch up" my routine just bc the season changes, buuuut, I think castor oil will be my new spring/summer sealant.

Hit! I've come to he conclusion that the SM CES only works as a detangler/pre treatment for me. I never get good results when I use it on dry hair as a moisturizer.

Hit:

Kerastase oleo-relax serum as a heat protectant. As long as I've had this stuff and never used it but as a serum for my ends.

Silk Dreams MSI that I usually make my go to protein during the spring. I love that stuff

Silk Dreams RCA which is my next go to in the spring.

Annabelle's Perfect Blends Cocoa and Avocado deep conditioner which seems to always leave my hair well moisturized without being overloaded. I'm convinced cocoa works better with my hair with protein only.

I'm going back and forth about getting the Bask cacao bark and yam..I keep seeing mixed reviews!! I'm happy to hear you liked the bluerozebeauty with the yam!

Do you ever get crunchy or sticky hair from using the curl enhancing smoothie?

Hit:

This Trim. I love loVE LOVE fresh ends.

Miss:

Not listening to the stylist and having her take off 2 full inches. I should have went with her rec of 1/2 inch.

You took the words right from me!! I just got a trim and it is everything right now!! Crisp, beautiful ends. I had an inch and a half taken off. I was happy to see it go.

Next time I blow dry....I got chu'. Girlllll divachyk got me with her new beautiful PERFECT U. When I seen it, I called my old stylist and asked her to trim it for me. When I got there she nearly cried. Homie thought I was bald because I hadn't seen her in so long .

Beamodel, I am going to return to my baby Oyin Hair Dew. I miss it so!

It actually worked great a reducing the frizz on my marley twists. Your combo sounds lovely! I would use a different oil though, avocado oil or butter doesn't agree with my hair anymore. :nono:
