Who has the best hair???

In which states do black women have the healthiest hair????
The best real heads of hair I've seen are in Louisiana and Washington, D.C.
Both had plethora BW with shiny long hair women.
What say you?

Haven't been all over the US, but from the places I've been DC has the most diverse and most beautiful heads of hair.

health wise, i say southern warmer climates. and DC is due to healthy hair care practices by professionals.

stylish wise i say NY.

mid west is always late to the party and the water in this region is rough!

I would say Georgia, specifically Atlanta, but then again I'm not very good at detecting weaves. I've never been to DC as an adult so I can't concur but I'm sure what ya'll are saying is true.

Too many people in NY (I'm assuming the city) for me to be checking people's heads like that.

I say NY has the best weaves and extensions. When it comes to relaxed or natural hair, you either have people who know or who don't know. And it usually 30/70, respectively.

The only city I have lives close to is Boston. And I have to say maybe it's because of Ll the different cultures but I see so many wonderful naturals here! Long and short but so healthy! Even the older ladies here have such healthy hair!

I had a coworker relocate to Houston from Atlanta. We were talking one day and she says "Does anyone in Houston get their hair done?"

I'm gonna blame our relentlessly humid climate..it is impossible to maintain any sort of style here, so most women here either are short haired naturals, or weaving it up.

Being biased because I am from Louisiana living in Georgia and I know at least all my family members female as well as male have strong healthy thick heads of hair. I always thought that it was genetic but I have seen a lot of healthy looking hair there. While doing some research I found out that Louisiana has generally very hard water with a high concentration of iron on the west side of the Mississippi River. Idk if that has anything to do with it or not. Im not familiar with the DC area, but I've seen some of the best hair styles come from there.

Ive always lived in Houston and im a straight haired natural. I dont know if its products (chi silk infusion, sabino moisture block) or technique (dominican blowout), but my hair doesnt frizz. Unless it rains lol

No girl. I'm talking about everybody is fakin it up out here, every race.
Although seems like I am seeing more and more natural black women, or maybe now that I am one, I'm recognizing it when I see it.. But ya, everybody.
