Why is everyone complimenting Ateeya for using bad hair practices to get a certain look? Did anyone catch that she used a flat iron at 460 degrees on hair with no product on it to get it to swang like that? It would be interesting to see how much swang and shine that hair has a few days later after it's been fried like that. Oh, but we'd never get the chance, because it would be back under a wig or weave that is twice as long as the length she likes to "keep" her hair. If she purposely cuts it that short, than why is it so raggedy and uneven in the back? In all honesty, I would rather have truly healthy, and long hair than hair that only "looks" healthy but is heat damaged enough to consistently break off at shoulder length.

. If she stays at this length for years to come, or dare I say, goes shorter, it has no bearing on my hair. If she is the poster girl for 'to do' hair practices, those people will follow. If she is the poster girl for "what not to do" people will take hair advice from elsewhere.
Although, if I had to go the extra 50 kilometers while doing the stunts some members pull for some retention, I think I'd chop it in a cute (or at least acceptable style) and turn up the heat too.
