from this typing I must be like a 2 something because what she says is 3a 3b hair is nothing like mines I can only tell you that it is more like in curly girl book I would be corkscrew or corkicelli that is the best way for me to type my hair because I didn't see mines in the video.

I saw Allandra in the video! Reniece has great advice and does great hair. I commend her for this great video. She is a very nice person too... wow, I have known about her for almost nine years and so happy that more people are going to her.

Didn't know MsKibibi had a book and brought it right after watching the video (kindle version). So far its a good read and I like how she instilled a positive additude towards our hair.

Is it sad that I've watched this video quite a few times today? I practically drooled all over myself. I just keep thinking patience, patience, patience. I wish Reniece was in Tennessee so I could make an appointment...

BEAUTIFUL! :lick: I like that she listed some of the products that she personally use and recommend. I use a few of those items as well. I can get a slick flat iron look, but I would like to know her blow drying technique. Maybe that would bring my flat iron skills to the next level. And I would like to see a fine haired client like myself. Maybe she has help them obtain thickness too, as well as length.

Does anyone know of who in Dallas is remotely that good?
as à fine haired lady id really love to see à vidéo of à client with fine hair. or have some techniques.

our hair straightens easily but i need it to swing like in this vidéo!!!!!
to look thick too.

I will try to schedule with Tamika...when I get my money up. :look:

Sent from my SGH-T959 using LHCF

Do you guys notice the video title says "part 1"? So that means there will be a part 2!!!! Right???:look: Please tell me there will be a part 2. I need a part 2..... like right now:lick: :look::look:

I had been looking for new shampoos. I'll go with Design Essentials since those are two she recommends, and because they smell awesome:yep:.

This has definitely motivated me to stick with the same products and regimen.

I have been trying to get a hair appointment from 2009 thru 2012. I just gave up recently. One thing that I can say is the hair chart is on point!

I loved the video.

Gonna watch it 5 more times lol:look:
According to her chart I'm 3a/3b with some 3c. I always thought i was 3c/4a. Idk its still confusing to me.

Ugh i wish i lived in the area, I would make an appt pronto...I need to get serious about my hair regi again:yep:

Yasss Reniece!

I'm so thankful to have her as my stylist. She truly is amazing at what she does, and she has such a sweet personality.

I would love to book an appointment with Reniece, but it seems really hard. Is there anyone else in the MD, DC or VA area that is on her level as far as healthy hair care ?

I would love to get a good press and proper trim.

That video really did a number on me. I just cowashed tonight for the first time in a looooooooong time:lachen:! Moisture, moisture, moisture!!!

so i've decided it. this thread and Allandra's thread has convinced me. i'm going to start wearing wigs at the end of May and through the summer while i study. i go home tomorrow (thank GOD) and will be there for a week. i'm going to visit a bunch of wigs shops to pick out two wigs. i'm scared but it would be great to totally hide my hair.
