Has anyone heard of Shima Hair?

While waiting on my kid's prescription today I was fingering through a hair magazine, can't remember which one, when I came across something called Shima hair. Thought it was interesting so I came home and looked it up online. I don't see much about it as far as how good it works so I thought I would run it through here. Anyone know anything about this?
