New ORS Replenishing Pak

I was just in walgreens and saw the new ORS paks. It says n the front the it's the same formual, but the ingredients are definitely NOT the same. I hope you can see the pics clearly

I'm kind of excited to try the new one. I like ORS Replenishing, but I don't love it.

The hydrolyzed collagen is no longer on the list! WHY???

Hmm looks like they added hydrolyzed keratin, but that's not too close to the top of the ingredients list.

ETA: Something's off. The new ingredients are almost identical to their higher priced "Hair Masque". Maybe they wanted to make a more moisturizing formula or the new list could be an error.

The hydrolyzed keratin was always there if i remember correctly. It looks like they took out the soybean oil, and the olive oil is now all the way down the list, and the aloe vera is gone ( which i'm happy about). The first ingredients use to look more appealing. I gotta check my old bottle to see what is really going on.
My hair loved this stuff. The only reason i stopped using it cause it had aloe vera. Although i never had any ill effect from using it, i know that my hair hates aloe vera by itself or in other products. So i would have been happy to use the new one if they did not remove the collagen, the soybean oil, and not moved the olive oil down the list.
Hope it works well for those of you who do try it.

Although I don't use Ors products I really hate when companies do something like this in favor of greater profits (I'm assuming). We should create a petition to keep our favorite formulas from changing and send it to the manufacturer. Maybe then they'll think twice before they change something and upset A LOT of customers.

This conditioner has saved my hair from a lot of tangles and breakage. This is depressing!

LHCF is how I learned about the last change. Some women were fine with the change, others noticed a big enough difference, and not for the better. I still used the product because it worked, it just wasn't as awesome as before. It just didn't melt those tangles away like before. I know my hair didn't just get used to the product around the same time, I hadn't been using it for too long.


I've been very low on the bottle for a while and my local stores have been out of stock. I went again today and they're still out of the bottles but I grabbed two of the new packs. They were out of the relaxers as well and now I see they changed the box for those with the name change. I wonder if the ingredients for that has changed too? I hope not, it's the first new relaxer I tried since starting my HHG and I love it compared to my old ones. I've been too afraid to try something new because I know what I get with ORS.
