Copied from my last thread...
OK, so I complained and asked for my money back. Mgmt told me they don't give refunds but that they'd have another stylist do my hair. I politely declined and said that I was hella weary about having a co-worker/associate of the stylist who botched my hair get a "second shot". Am I being paranoid in not wanting anyone with scissors and knowledge of my displeasure coming near my head?

Edited to add that it's so bad people thought I had on a bad wig

Are you serious? No I wouldn't go back. Ever.

EDTA: No snotty or rude tone meant. I'm just thinking that there's no way you can be seriously thinking about going back after you had a bad experience. :nono: I wouldn't.

I'd already resolved in my mind that I wouldn't go back and that I'd just have to take the L. I just wanted to know whether my feelings were ok, or whether anyone else would consider going back?

hayle naw i'd be scared!!! why can't you get a refund? tell the owner you don't feel comfortable and you want a refund.

I did that and his proposal was for me to come back to have another stylist do it. Um, No thanks. I let him know that I'd rather take the loss. I'm just going to make sure that I include a very thorough review about my experience on the net. Lesson learned for 2013.

Nope. Made the mistake of going back again...and again....and again. They simply don't get better. Bad cosmetology training.
