Anybody know what their shipping is like? I want to try these products since they're extending the 50% off sale. But I know about all the small vendor tribulations.

Sorry, I transferred it to another bottle (I was having problems with it spraying out),:sad: so I no longer have the bottle.

I'm sure you could email her.
 
I have some favorites:

TeaLightful Hair Quencher: This is a great tea spritz that I have used under my leave ins but my favorite way to use it is either spray it on under my DC or as a tea rinse.

TeaLightful Shine: I think this one is great for scalp massages but it also gives my hair great shine. I also like using it as an overnight prepoo. I just soak my hair in it overnight before my wash. Love it!!

Root Food: Great hair grease/pomade. I rub this on my scalp and it feels good. Helps keep it in great condition.

Molasses Honey Hydration & Repair: This is great pre treatment. I use this anytime my hair/scalp are feeling extra dry. It's rich and moisturizing.

hmm I placed my order last week... Tuesday evening 12/11 & have not received a shipping notice yet. When I check my account on the site it says "Fulfillment Status: NEW" ... I guess that means it's still processing :look:

Do they typically send out shipping notification emails? And how long is the usual wait?

I figure it might be taking longer now since they have a 50% off sale going on but it's been a week so far....

Yes, she normally send out Shipping Notices.

However, after the November 30th Sale (or whenever that 1st 50% Sale was), I have been officially 'Banned' by her from ever being able to place another order with her.:look:

I questioned why you would be having another Sale, when you haven't fulfilled the orders from the BF Sale.:perplexed

After some random argumentative response, she Refunded my Money and told me not to ever attempt to order from her EVER Again.

I don't know whether to laugh or shake my head:lol:....:nono:
 
WHAAAAT!

Wow I wished I knew this before I placed my order ... the 50% off pulled me in b/c the regular price is too high in my opinion .... well I'll update IF & WHEN I finally get my package ... probaby in 2013 :look:

All that other stuff was so not necessary.:ohwell:

That's horrible ... you asked a legitimate question

The ingredients look great so she must have put a lot of thought into developing the products but poor customer service & overpriced items (without a sale) make me go :nono:

What's unfortunate (for me I guess), is several folks have nothing but Great Service from her.:look:

It just hasn't worked out positively for myself and a couple others.

I've had my share of CS incidents with her including 2 PayPal Disputes and this last refund that she initiated.:nono:

But you might be one of the ones that can order without incident.

I agree about the prices. I was only buying when there was a Sale.

Yeah you can check if you created an account...you sign in...go to "Your Account"...click on "Orders"...there you will see your order & the "Payment Status" as well as the "Fulfillment Status" ...

If you ordered in November & still didn't get your package then I know I won't see mine for a loooong while :nono:

......I'm borderline stalking her with absolutely NO shame :look: and so far so good. I expected my processing time for my black friday order to take a bit longer then it did. I ordered Nov. 30th and it was shipped on the 14th (however my tracking didn't start to update until like 30 minutes ago :ohwell:), thats 2 weeks on the nose. Its not the best processing time ever, but considering some of the stories I read....its pretty dag'gon good for her :yep:. Now for my Christmas Sale purchases........We're going to see.

It's a mass email & quite lengthy so I won't quote it here but basically it states that she has been extremely busy fulfilling orders by hand and apologizes for taking so long ...she wants to reassure everyone their packages will be delivered as soon as possible. A lot of people have been complaining & worrying about the status of their orders and so she wants to make sure we all know that our orders are on the way, etc, etc

I'm glad she sent this email...a little honest & open communication goes a looooong way in my book :yep:

First of all I apologize for the delay in response to any inquiries and secondly with the delay...as you can imagine I have been extremely busy. If you email me on weekends or after 3:00 p.m. during the week I some times may not respond because those are usually the times I shut down. I have been working very hard around the clock to complete all of the orders that recently came in. Unfortunately, not all orders go out at the same time. Shipments are made several times a week in order to prevent multiple trips to the post office per day. Also, the larger your order, the longer it could take to process. Before the sale started, I believe that I informed everyone of the process and what it entails. For of you that have received one so far, please remember Delivery confirmation numbers are NOT "tracking" numbers (i.e. UPS, FedEX); they are simply are a tool used to confirm your package has arrived ( for your record and for mine). They don't always tell you "where" your package is located, it has happened to me a lot.

Because I make everything to order it can be a very tedious process. I want to ensure that all ingredients are added correctly and everything is packaged properly before shipping. When I first started IPN I did so because I wanted to share my knowledge of "natural" hair care with others. I do understand that when you (as a customer) spend money, you want to ensure you receive your product especially when you a deal with a small business owner. I can assure you if you have placed an order with me your item are in the process of being delivered. I don't have the capacity to always send out an email as stated sitting at my computer takes away time from processing orders.

I just want to assure you that you will receive your order. Unfortunately, it make take a bit longer than anticipated. I am not ignoring you or avoiding your status request...I am simply trying to get your items to you. You're anxiety/frustration is noted and trust me when I say that it bothers me to have any one think that they will not receive their orders.

Again, your patience is appreciated and even if it means I have to work on Christmas Eve .. I will do that to make sure each and every order is shipped out.


I may not be able to respond to your emails directly..but if there is anything else I need to inform you of.. I will update Facebook or send out a mass email. Thanks so much to those of you have been patient and understand my process. You are all the reason why I have sells like these!

I think she needs to do something about her shipment confirmations b/c she stated in her mass email that when we get our Delivery Confirmation Emails they are not for tracking packages so we should not expect to be able to track where our packages are each day on their way to our homes....this is not good b/c other companies manage to send us our tracking # without a problem

She might not know how to do this so it causes frustration on her customer's behalf & defensiveness on hers ....

.....I just posted the email :lol:. Also, have you emailed her? I have and we've been going back and forth for about a week and a half now. We also instant messaged a couple times via google. :look:..When I said borderline stalking....I AIN'T PLAYING! :lachen:.

Also for those whom aren't receiving responses to your emails, you may want to try the number she has on the bottom of your Order Confirmations. I tried the one located on my Paypal Invoice and its no longer in service.
