Hair Progress. I have not posted in a while but I am still natural. I begin my natural journey in Oct. 2008. The first pic I believe is in 2009ish. The second and third is current. God Bless.

really nice !!!!

that's how I'd like my hair to fall when doing a twist out but my hair and gravity are at constant war :(

Beautiful hair! It looks very healthy and full! What product and method do you use for your twistouts?

you made good progress. your hair is so full and healthy looking.

what's your regimen?

Thank you.

I dont really have a consistent regimen. I wash my hair every two weeks. I let conditioner sit on my hair before i wash it. I detangle with fingers with a wide tooth comb. I use Loreal sulfate free shampoo or cheap conditioner to co-wash. I use Castor oil, s-curl and any heavy creme to keep my hair moisturize. I mostly wear two strand twist and twist outs. Sometimes, I like to use Coconut oil after I wash but I still apply a heavy cream with it. Castor really keeps my hair soft and moisturized.

When I do my twist, I will moisturize really good with any heavy cream I have. Right now I'm using Jane Carter curl creme. Cant think of the exact name. I will have to check when I get home. I purchased it from Amazon. Once I have moisturized really good with castor oil and creme. I will blow dry my hair to straighten it out and then twist. I only put the curl creme at the ends of my hair. My hair is fine and get weighted down very easy. I will wear my twist for 2 to 3 weeks. During the last week, I take them loose and wear a twist out for 3 to 5 days and wash. So it takes me about 30 minutes to detangle in the shower. I always apply moisturizer to damp hair. This works best for me.
