Lacefronts gone wrong

Question: Why is it that LFs have to always be brushed back away from the hairline? Wouldn't they appear more natural if the hair fell towards the face, or had bangs?

Most of these females are young - and I would not be surprised if they don't have any hair edges and suffer from serious alopecia from the "zillion braid craze" - resulting in hair loss. Which could be the reason for the glued down whatever. (Tracks or LF)

If so, they can't get a weave due to balding as a result of the hair loss in areas - if not the entire head (like a friend of mine). They don't want to wear wigs for fear of the wig coming off and the "old lady look."

Of course that doesn't justify the need to pull it down to your eyebrows.:nono:

"sis: i like your hair in micros you should keep it like that so it will grow
me: (looks at girl with micros and no edges):nono: no thanks "

BINGO!!! Next stop - LaceFronts!

One of the worst things to happen to the black community:nono:.
I mean, to me it seems like it would be impossible to have any edges while wearing the things. Any lf wearers care to enlighten me?

ITA - but the absolute worst was/is Zillions (AKA micros). A pound of fake hair dangling and swanging from 2 thin strands of weak damaged hair. :badidea:

Yes they would look much better!

This what happens when you have a bad lacefront. It might look like this:

Apparently, false looking hairlines are high fashion these days.

I'm sorry, I just can't get with it. Every time I see them I think of a Cabbage Patch doll.
