Mostly braidouts and bantu knotouts worn half up/half down. Here's how I look today at 14 weeks 2 days post:

I got this style by sleeping in 4 bantu knots. This morning, I just took the knots down, fluffed/moisturized, and clipped.

Good thread! My new growth is taking over and I'm wearing a bun cause there's not much else I can do with my hair right now.

Another option would be to wear a wig.

I heat style with just about every wash, so after that runs its course, I do buns and the variations of them. I pincurl and then bobby pin them into updos. Headbands are your friend, as well. I don't do braid outs and twist outs because it's too much manipulation for me. And I'm lazy.

I usually let the Dominicans handle it for me. If I am wearing my hair curly, I will pin curl at night, during the day I fluff and go.

Wigs, Half wigs, Phony ponies, Pony Tails, Braid outs, twist outs and my favorite....

CURLFORMER SETS
