Is this strictly a moisturizing DC? Does it have any protein in it? I saw it in a bottle not pak & want to try it but don't want a dc with protein in it. Need strictly moisture.
Thx ladies

It does have protein, but I find it to very moisturizing and softening, its my staple moisture DC :yep:

Yes it's a light protein. My hair likes protein, so my curls bend into shape when i use it.

if you're wanting moisture, hmm we're in the same boat. i think. haha. i know that EVOO works with the moisturizing. Cowashing helps loads, my hair is shiny.

I'm protein sensitive but this is my go to protein condish. I mix it with oil and dc with it. It leaves my hair super soft. The only thing is that I can't leave it on my hair too long or use it with heat.

Same here! I used to think it was a moisturizing DC and I used it as my only DC for over a year with no problems! And I was protein sensitive when I was relaxed/texlaxed. Even light proteins made my hair hard, but it responded well to this DC and its one of the only hair products Ive consistently used for many years. Good stuff! I get it in liter bottles.

Yes, it is light/moderate protein.

TMI, but...this conditioner gives me amazing slip. Whenever I have tangles, I apply ORS Replenishing Con and tangles-be-gone. I wish they would make a moisturizing one though. I actually made a request on their website.

I planned on using it after henna so since it has protein I may pass, however I may use it in between henna. Still not sure.

THis works as more of a Moisturizing treatment for me. I get over moisturized with this and I back it up with a protein, otherwise MUSH Mush Mush!

It has protien in it but it works as a moisturising treatment for me. If I leave it in for too long my hair gets over-mositurised.

Lol! I Love it:grin: Now looking at the ingredients it has a protein. I'm not an ingredients expert, but looking at it the only protein is hydroloyzed keratin, toward the middle of long list. I thought it was a strictly moisturizing conditioner. It is the THICKEST conditioner I've ever seen in my life lol.
I used a pretty heavy protein that tangled up my hair two days ago, and I was just hoping by doing a couple moisture DC's my hair would go back to normal in a few weeks. and this one softened my hair in one wash (with some hot six oil and aussie 3-min to rinse out lol). I'm protein sensitive and this was the DC that actually gave me moisture overload. Only complaint is I feel I need to use quite a lot to get results considering it was like 10 bucks for a jar

Are you referring to the ORS Hair Masque?
