Mid-relaxer Protein treatment (ORS No-lye/Replen. Pak)

I am gonna do a touchup with ORS no-lye and wanted to do a protein treatment before neutralizing. Can i do this with the Replenishing Pak or should I use the ORS hair Mayo? and if I do the protein treatment, should I DC with some more of the Replenishing pak which has a bit of protein in it or should I do a total moisture treatment with Cholesterol/silicon mix, etc?

I have used the ORS Hair Mayo for that step for a year. I always follow up with a completely moisturizing deep conditioner.
