Does anyone else experiencing issues with bunning? I'm not getting another wig for about a month and I will be bunning for awhile, but I also feel like my edges start acting funny... but it could be that they're trained to lay down after awhile, but again I don't know.

I wet bun, cowash every day, i use gel all the way around on my edges, squeeze oils on my scalp, and wear a scarf on the way to work. I only wrap my hair tie twice...

when i say funny, i feel like they are thinning but then when i don't slick my hair down it looks just as thick...

its my nape i'm worried about. i looked at in the mirror after bunning for a month and i was like  but all my stylist friends said it looked fine... i was like yall don't know what ur talking about :look::lol:

I just get nervous i don't want my hair to start thinning i just turned 26 i feel like my body is gonna do things i don't want it to do UGH

You are panicking about age-related thinning at 26! Lady, save your strength. You have many years ahead of you to worry about that

stop slicking your edges with or without gel. that happened to me last year. slicking edges almost did me in but i caught it early.

Eta: watch where you tie your scarf. That was how I messed up my nape.

I noticed that my SL hair is long enough for a bun but the ends are what gets caught with the hair scrunchie and experiences the stress from the bobby pins. I'm gonna wait till it gets longer to keep bunning. For now I will use a jaw clip instead
