I was in conditioner heaven & I could not make up my mind. So, this white employee could clearly see that I was indecisive. Poor thing tried to help me out, so she pointed me to this product line and said, " This is a new line and I think it's pretty good." While I was smelling the condish, she said "it's good for people with your type of hair." I laughed because I didn't know how to take it. Quite frankly, I was confused because I didn't know black hair had "special" conditioners. I didn't buy it, but anyway, This is what she suggested. Does anyone use it?

They didnt have this particular kind at my walgreens about a month ago but I did get the Clear (purple bottle) for strength or something like that shampoo just for when I actually do a shampoo for product buildup and suprisingly it is very creamy, does have great slip. Havent tried the conditioners or the one you posted but would be willing to give it a try since it is for "people with OUR type hair" lol

I don't think she was trying to make you feel a certain type of way. Hair is hair, but the structure is different so some products work better for certain structures of hair.

I am pretty sure coffee probably bought it. She buys everything! haha

Ive seen that brand. I know they make a mens dandruff line, but i wasnt really willing to switch until I saw that more people were noticing.

Ive seen this around but havent tried it. There is actually a whole line of products from
this maker.

But yes there are special products for our hair thats nothing new, she was just being helpful.

I saw this in Ebony magazine. I was interested but then I remember I'm almost allergic to everything.... :ohwell:

Bless her heart... she was probably trying to be helpful.
