Not sure if they are small enough to qualify for micros, but hopefully I can make them stretch for 2.5 months. Three hours to install (two braiders). Kind of long, but I love the buns i can wrap with them during work hours. Havent posted in forever, but I recall being able to some real honest feedback from this forum LOL. Thoughts ladies cause i like em, but you never know how you look in something new so Im opening myself up to feedback. Fire away and try not to focus on my 5-head:lol:

I'm impressed that they pulled it off in 3 hours. The braids look nice and I don't see a five head. :) Braids are very durable so there's no reason why they wouldn't last the summer.
 
whew - thanks ladies! cause i've never had this much braid hair on my head at once - its taking some getting used to, but I love the ease.

The braids are beyond cute and they look great on you (the color and all)! They did a good job.

I want to get braids like this for the summer but I think the ends of my hair would be hanging out. :ohwell:
 
I don't see a five head seriously. With you wearing it back i don't see it, with the split it for some reason makes your forehead look bigger and I don't get why because it's more exposed pulled to the back, but you look nice

I used Batik Loose Body Bulk 18" and I kept the 18 inch length.Its cheap at 9.99 per pack, super soft and "flat" so the braids arent bulky. i used 3 packs. My hair is between shoulder and armpit and no of mine is sticking out she braided them further down the braid shaft to avoid this if that makes sense. I left the edges and nape of my neck alone. hope that helps.

LOL i agree its the split that draws attention to it.
