I'm transitioning again, and it is soooo much easier...

I went completely natural during my sophomore year of college. I remained that way until right after graduation. Now, I'm transitioning again almost ten years later, and transitioning is so much easier this time around. There are better techniques and more products. Ladies, if you tried going natural before now and were disappointed, you might want to try again. IMO, the game is totally different now.

How long do u transition for ? Also how do u wear ur hair in deep stretches ?

I wish u the best of luck. I was natural for over 5yrs and I miss my naps but I just dont have the time or inclination to devote to it, I'm hair lazy.

I have been transitioning now for a little over six months. I don't big chop, because I have a big face:look: and I'm scared.

Anyway, I have been wearing two-strand twists and cornrolls with pompadours/inverted french braids/curled braids. I have also worn individual curled braids. So far, I have been able to do all of this without using extensions. I may try a sew-in one day though. (Baby steps: I've never worn extensions/weave/wigs, etc., but I'm not opposed to them now so...)

BTW, I have received tons of compliments this time around, and that was not the case the first time I attempted to transition.
