The Target at Streets of Southpoint now has an entire section dedicated to natural hair, and had one of the widest selections of natural hair products I’ve seen anywhere. When I went natural back in 2009 I had to turn to the internet or pay ridiculous Whole Foods prices. How times have changed.

You know what's crazy Pook, I have seen this exact same thing in my local grocery story. Not a target, walmart, etc, a regular ole grocery story. Amazing.

Unfortunately, because I'm currently living in an area for grad school where the population is less than 3% black people, the Target here doesn't even carry Kinky Curly products. I'm kinda pissed about that.

All for the better. It just makes me wonder what took them so long to realize that AA women needed a wider selection of products? Hmmm....

Probably because there is only been a high demand for them within the last decade. Before, AA women seemed satisfied with their sulfate filled petroleum laden products. Thank God for the natural hair movement!

Is it sad that I know every one of those products, just from looking at the bottles/jars? :look:

The Target in my area has this section too and the KC shelves were CLEARED out. I snagged the last bottle of KCKT while some lady was standing there contemplating. :yep:

The Streets of Southpoint is located in Durham NC so they have the demographics to support that. The Target in my city looks just like the picture posted.

Where's the Curls pomade though? I've been wanting to try that. My Target has hardly anything on the shelves. I don't think they have Shea Moisture. They better have remodelled mine too. :fistshake:

how is that kinky curly come clean shampoo? is it stripping.
I feel like if i walked by that section now, I HAVE to buy something lol.
Maybe that's just my PJism talking. oh dear

i wonder how much kimmaytube influenced buyers to purchase kinky curly cause i know i only bought it after watching her leave in recipe so if that's the reason or at least one of the reasons why it stays sold out, then that says a lot. did yall buy it cause of kimmay?

I like it. It's not stripping at all. Actually when I have been kind of heavy handed with the KCCC when I get ready to wash I will use another shampoo first just to make sure I get a brand new clean head of hair. Probably not necessary though.

I did & I love it.

Our Target doesn't have anything like that probably b/c we have a 0.1% aa pop. I'm shocked Walmart hasn't joined the bandwagon

Tell me why I started licking my lips when I saw that pic? Like I can eat that ish. Hey..can someone tell me what kind of shea moisture product that is on the top shelf right hand corner..in the maroon bottle?

Yes it's sad, now let a sister know what the light green bottle on the left of the top row is.... Idk it but I want it cause it looks so pwetty
