Baby Chick Gate 2011
Ladies,

Protective styling is always a plus, but make sure that phony pony is good and secure, especially when it's exposed to the hustle and bustle of public transit.

Her little pony tail makes me :cry2:

She certainly had to have noticed the change of weight on the back of her head, that's a lot if hair to just up and lose.

I'm imagining the unimaginable horror on her face when she gets home and finally glances in a mirror.

Nooooooooo!!!! :dead: :thud: :lachen:

Poor thing. I know she notices the breeze on her neck. Maybe she's trying to save herself the embarrassment?

:lachen: :lachen:

She has to feel that it's missing. She better not pick it up either, just walk away...pretend you don't know nothing.

I would've gotten off at the next stop. It wouldn't matter if I was miles away from where I was going. I would walk or hop on the next bus/train going my way.

haha:grin: This happened to me on a flight once...I fell alseep, and must have moved around and it fell off into the aisle ..a WM picked it up, and nudged me awake... Everyone was staring at me..:nono::lol:

Kiowa you made me laugh so loud I woke up my Hubby. I am sorry though. How Mortifying!!!! Did you put it back on??

I'm telling y'all, you dont feel the difference in weight when it falls off. I too had to be told "I dropped something". :lachen:

Almost as embarrassing as being in a rush to get out the door, putting on a new shirt, and realizing you didn't take the tag off yet until you're smack in the middle of a public place. :perplexed

This is exactly why I keep giving myself weave check status updates when I'm wearing a phony pony. Lol. I can just imagine myself flipping my head back & coming up with something missing. Lesson learned here: never be too over confident in your installation skills! Lmao!

Oh I feel for that baby gurl, i really do.

I wouldn't wish that on my enemy...or maybe I would!!! But not on any of my lhcf sistas

Lol! I wouldn't feel embarrassed. Things happen!

My girl had box braids in and one of her braids fell out. Her bf picked it up, looked at her and said, "Honey are you alright? Your falling apart." Too funny!

Oh! This also happened to my daughter(13 at the time) while she was at school. Her teacher called me to tell me she put it back on for her.

This happened to my friend during....uh..."relations" with her boyfriend-and he's the one who noticed first. She said he jumped because he thought it was some type of animal that had gotten in the room, then he looked down at her and noticed that her hair was gone. I laughed for about an hour after she told me.
