Hit: Using California Baby Super Sensative Lotion + adding glycerin as a leave-in = super soft, super defined hair!

Hit / obsession:

Oyin Whipped Pudding

It smells so yummy, it's super moisturizing and makes my hair/skin feel really soft. I will repurchase for sure.

I haven't opened the box with the Featherweight Formula in it, so I haven't looked at the Bottle.

I 'assumed' it meant that just Grapeseed & Safflower Oils were the only Oil(s) included in the mix.

Brownie518 Ms. B, since you have the bottle out, do you know the answer?

Hits: WGHO- Wild Growth Hair Oil, as always. I like VO5 strengthening conditioner too, used it for the first time and it was ok. Like an 85% ok.

Miss: I don't know if i did my application and mix wrong but Shikaikai Powder gave me so many tangles- i really scared of using it again. A plain mix with only water added. Not to mention how extremely hard it was to rinse.:nono::nono: I swear i must have used like 10 gallons to rid my fine stands of those tiny particles. Reminds me so much of Henna but only worse.

HIT:

Silk Dreams VSC (Vanilla Silk Cream) used today as a leave-in. My ends are softer with this than it was with the Moroccan Oil leave-in/hydrating cream. I have to remember to do this again for sure:yep:.

MISS:

One & Only Argan Oil. I just don't care for this oil. It made my hair soft at first when I put it on, but after awhile, my hair just feels like straw, probably because of the cones. I will use it up, make sure to clarify my hair when I use it and just not repurchase it. In it's defense though, I have not yet used it in a rollerset. That just might work for me but only problem is - my hair is too short for a rollerset:ohwell:.

Miss

One and only argan oil styling creme
One and only argan oil

Used both on my dd's hair, it went on fine, as time passed though daughter's curls looked dull and dry...no bueno

HITS:

Seamless Combs- what more is there to say? Great combs that are strong and don't rip out my hair

Solano 2 in 1 attachment- I like this comb attachment alot more than the Willie Morrow one. Theres no science or tools required to get a snug, perfect fit; simply turn to the right abd that thing is NOT coming off! When youre done, turn to the left and you can easily pull it off. The teeth are strong and aren't sharp or anything, so no snags. Also, my willie morrow comb had a teeny tiny opening by where the two sides of the attachment come together; that part always snags and breaks strands of my hair. The comb on the solano attachment is one single piece, so I dont have to worry about that :)

Crack Leave-In-- I'll just say this, my hair looks amazing today. By amazing, I mean, it has that silky, shiny bounce that I could only get from a salon visit. I don't know if I can give all the credit to this leave-in because I did try a new treatment as well, however, upon application (and mind you, I used a little less than a dime for my whole head) my tangly hair which had no slip from my final rinse :( became soft and easily de-tangled. My blow dry was soft and bouncy with shine and my flat iron job came out so silky!

HITS:

- Using Silk Dreams Vanilla Silk as a moisturizer. Soft and moisturized hair for DAYS without the need to re-moisturize. :love3:

- Original Moxie Just Gel Styling Concentrate. It's basically flaxseed gel with a bunch of yummy herbs and spices. No flaking, doesn't dry hard and adds a very nice shine.

MISS:

- Not being able to style my hair without looking a fool. Twistouts, braidouts, bantu knot-outs... a mess. All of them. Why can't I make my hair look cute?

BIG HIT:

Darcy's Transitioning Creme - Staple status

MISS
Bee Mine Luscious - Buildup, not moisturizing enough, breaking hair (maybe due to d protein)

Hits: Giovanni Direct Leave-In. :lick: finally my search for a good leave-in that provides a bit of hold and lots of moisture is over. love it!

Misses: Tresemme Moisture Condish for dry and damaged hair. The hayell is this ****??!! made my hair feel like straw. I must have gotten the wrong one-I think people rave about the tresemme naturals but I wasn't paying attention. oh wells, I won't even bother-that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hit: loreals ever pure cleansing conditioner. Hair was soft and it smells yummy!

Miss: Shea moisture products period. Makes my hair hard. I should have known better since my hair HATES Shea butter.

Sent from my iPhone 4s

Hit: Bee Mine DC. I love this deep condition. My hair felt amazing after rinsing it out. It is as good on my hair as my holy grail DC. I will definitely repurchase again if there is a 25% or more discount.

Okay I totally missed out on this thread. I've been wondering about it.

HIT
Curl Junkie's Coffee Coco Cream Lite --I have only been using this 4 days and it is staple status. I just use a little bit to run through my hair and the coils & curls are on point :yep:. Also to let you know this is on dirty hair :look:. I wet my hair 4 days a week and cowash 3 days. So I use this on the 4 days I wet my hair. I'm cowashing tomorrow so we'll see how it peforms then.

Hit List

Aubrey Organics GPB = Great stuff

outspokenwallflower I love that attachment, its like a well kept secret. No one ever talks about it. Nice to know that the Solano attachment is better than the Willie morrow, always felt like I was missing out.. but I guess not

HIT: Qhemet Biologics Burdock Root Butter Cream which I bought since it is lighter than the AOHC (saving that for winter.) I tried this way back when I was first introduced to Qhemet products and didn't care much for it but this time around I love it! My hair is a Qhemet addict no doubt. lol I really like that I can feel the water in this product and that the moisture from it stays for days. I literally did not moisturize for a week and my hair was still in good shape; I'm very impressed. Will continue to use it as my moisturizer during the warmer months and the AOHC for the colder ones.

Kckt: louvre it so much smells awesome and makes my hair super soft.

Shea moisture curly pudding
I think that's the name. The smell id ok but I do think it helped on my braid out and keeping hair defined.

Head and shoulders: my scalp feels clean and fresh. before I could barely go a day or two after wash before my scalp was flaky, I just thought I had dry scalp. after using h&s I wa able to go more than a week without washing.

Mane and tail shampoo and conditioner: always loved these products both shampoo and conditioner provide slip for me.

Curls coconut conditioner: works pretty ok. The scent didn't have the best longevity but provides slip.

Miss:
Kccc: it didn't do anything. No clumping. Nothing.

Curls coconut colada cream hair wash: maybe I'm using it wrong but whenever I use it my scalp still feels dirty, even tried using it mid-week as a refresher. Nothing.
