^^^Yes most of them are neck scarves. Mostly silk scarves. I get them from Marshall's, thrift stores or Ebay.

I like to wear scarves but I like to go to fabric stores and get pieces of silk there. Its a lot cheaper and I can get the same effect.

I've been wearing the same scarf since January and I need a new one. I cover my whole head with my scarf because i'm tired of looking short hair, I wish I could wear it covered to work everyday.

I recently got a few from Target in the hair section (Evolve silky knot) but most of mine are silk ones from clothing stores. I have a few silk "ponytail scarves" I received as gifts from Coach and Tiffany but I only have pics of those on my weaved and relaxed hair. This thread is a good reminder to break those things out for Springtime! I also tend to wear them with the tie in the back, not the front, again something new to try. Especially since I loved Chary Jay's "obnoxious bow" video.

The girls from the blog Around the Way Curls do a lot of scarf looks:

I wear scarves covering my head fully, but OP I'm guessing you're asking about scarves but with hair showing? I do, but I think I only have two pics.

This is a big *** pashmina scarf:

This is a smaller neck scarf:

I get my scarves from Target, Marshalls, Macy's, street hawkers, Five Below...just wherever I can find cheap scarves.

So glad i found this thread. I'd like to know where most ladies get their scarves also. They are pretty! And headbands give me headaches sometimes.

I don't but I want to!! When I play with them in the mirror they don't look 'right' so I don't wear them :nono:

Maybe I'll goole DIY headbands because my hair is MASSIVE *thick* when curly and the little store headbands arent tight enough to hold/pull back my hair.

Not yet but i have seen the looks on Around the Way Curls and love them!! they have yt vids as well

Its the next thing to add to my list to become a natural fashionista

Funny, I just bought some from an estate sale today! I am going to start wearing more scarves this spring and summer.

YESSSSSSSS!!! I wear one almost everyday!!!! I purchased around 20 or so from thrifting that are all different colors and patterns. On the weekends I usually just wear the cheap ones you get at the BSS. I have one in every color hahaha

I just tried it. My hair doesn't go down, it goes up and out so there was a mushroom effect

I wear scarves on and off as the mood strikes me and my hair doesn't go down either. :) I'm actually looking through my collection of old clothes. If they're made from nice fabric that I plan to cut them up and recycle them as scarves.

I wear scarves daily and have just recently started to purchase new ones for the warmer months. Thanks to *Frisky* I will check thrift stores in my area for new spring/summer patterns.
