Looks so thick and healthy! I was just diagnosed with this last year and have been experiencing dryness, thinning and breakage and it's been frustrating. This is SO inspiring and it's good to know I can turn things around if I keep my head up and stick to my regimen. Thanks for posting this!

WOW!! You did that! Your hair is atleast 3-4x thicker and you only have 1/4 of your hair down in the after pic. Beautiful! Awesome progress, keep it up!

My hair started falling out almost two years ago due to my PCOS problems. So I became dedicated to getting my hair back and most importantly, not let PCOS rule me.

This is a comparison of my hair 1.5 years ago to this day

That is so great. I mean don't it feel good to see thick healthy hair on your head no matter what the length? your hair looks great with swing girl lol

Now that is what I call a comeback! Your hair looks so much thicker, and healthier. Congratulations on your progress!

Great work, beautiful hair! I too have PCOS related hair loss. Its really a challenge because I have lost all the weight and have regular cycles as of 2006 (was diagnosed in 2000), but still have the acne, hair shedding, etc. I just started taking garlic to see if that would help.

Awesome job! Wow talk about impressive!

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and it's hard, especially when my system is off-balance. I'm dropping weight and I've been on garlic for a while so the shedding isn't horrendous but my scalp becomes extremely sore to the touch, especially at the crown. Thanks for showing us that with diligence, it can be done. :yep:

That is an amazing difference, congratulations!! I too have lost quite a bit of hair volume (although it was not thick to begin with...genetics) due to UCTD (Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease).

I'm now trying to get focused and not let this disease get the better of me or my hair so you are definitely an inspiration to me right now. Thank you!!

THat's a wonderful turnaround and so inspiring! I have PCOS as well. What brand of garlic supplements do you take?

Qualitee, wow! So you haven't been doing anything else for you PCOS besides the vitamins? What vitamins besides the b complex and garlic? Have you noticed any differences in your overall health?

vitamins and weight loss. Weight loss is the key when it comes to PCOS IMO in the beginning I stated taking chorella and sprulina ( sp) and silica but only briefly because I didn't feel like it worked for me. Also I stopped detangling in the shower. I loss too much hair there also. Thats what's worked for me and I hope it continues to work :)

Thanks OP for sharing your regimen. I have lost 40lbs which helped other issues related to PCOS but hasn't helped with the hair. I guess I just have to fight the bullet and cut the sugars out and do better with the supplements. Thanks so much. At least this gives me hope :)

I'm in the same boat. My weight loss have been long-term, regular periods, and I don't eat sugar at all and still have hair loss. I'm learning that you can still have a hormonal imbalance despite all of that. I think for some of us its more of an uphill climb.
