My hair started falling out almost two years ago due to my PCOS problems. So I became dedicated to getting my hair back and most importantly, not let PCOS rule me.

This is a comparison of my hair a year ago to this day

That is really encouraging to me since I suffer from PCOS and am experiencing thinning as well. Can you share what helped you?

Hey girls thanks for the compliments

I wash my hair every Sunday with renpure organics moisturizing *sulfate free shampoo
I dc with a Elucence moisturizing con for the first 3 weeks out of the month
I clarify with trader joes tea tree shampoo and use GFB ( a light protein) conditioner on the last week of the month
I used watered down Aubrey organics honeysuckle rose as a leave-in
I moisturize with Jane Carter Solutions nourish and shine and seal with grape seed oil when ever my hair feels dry
As far as styling goes, it's the winter time so I've been wearing buns for months to protect my hair.

As for the PCOS

I *started to lose weight and I also "upped" my multivitamin intake and started taking garlic supplements(1000 mg) and vitamin b complex

I also stopped detangling *in the shower. I lose way too much hair when I detangle in the shower

We'll call you the comeback kid :). This turnaround is inspiring. What is PCOS?
