APL to WL in a year?

Im short and I know I can't achieve waist length from APL in a year. I guess its possible if you have a super fast growth rate...but I have been heat free this entire year, and probably only trimmed about 2 inches, and JUST the very back of my hair is hitting BSL.

MissDarcel, I don't know if it's me or you who have a short torso, but i'm 5'5 and APL to WL is 6,5inches... very interesting. Does WL is one of your goal for 2012 ?

lucky you, you should be there no time!!!! i have at least 9 inches and I am just about 1inch taller than you!!!!!!!!!!anyway still positive!

i think Njoy went from APL to grazing Wl in less than a year!

It can happen w/ no set backs I think. In April 2011 I was a few inches pass APL. I believe by next April I will be 2 inches shy of WL. I'm 5'9 btw. I believe its possible to get to WL in a year if you're at least starting at APL.

I went from apl to wl this year. I am 5'7
I posted pics in the 2011 reveals hread but they don't tell the whole story - I don't have a pic from january, I don't straighten my hair, and I don't have a waist now because I'm pregnant. But the last time I saw my waist my hair was grazing it and then I cut about two inches off. I think i've grown back almost everything that I cut by now
Maybe I went from a little past APL to just barely touching waist

I've always had fast growth, and now that I am really taking care of my hair I'm retaining it all, while before I would stay at BSL for years and years

have you used the oil mix all the time and gotten 2 inches per month throughout your journey??

I did continue to use the sulfur mix for most of the year. I stopped the last couple months because I was deep in a stretch and couldn't daily cowash because of all the tangling and dealing with so much NG. March was the only month that I got that 2" spurt. I think my hair was just so daggone happy that I was taking care of it that it rewarded me well.
