First I was thinking my head cold was messing with my senses, but then I figured I just forgot to add a scent, because I dont remember doing so.
lol Thanks Miss T, now I dont feel so bad
@beautyaddict1913,
I have added amla and neem powders (usually no more than a heaping tablespoon) to my conditioners; then cover hair with plastic cap.
My ayurvedic oil infusions are home made:
*fenugreek seeds in coconut oil
*dried hibiscus flowers in olive oil
*neem powder in olive oil
*brahmi powder in olive oil
*Henna, amla, neem, Brahmi, maka and shikakai powders infused in blend of castor, almond oil, tea tree oil and sesame oils
*Maka powder infused in blend of Africa’s Best Ultimate Herbal Oil, Trader Joe’s Vitamin E oil, sesame oil and Bertolli EVOO
@Avaya That's Right! I forgot all about that!
Have you tried Hairitage Hydrations (Etsy) Horsetail Hair Creme and/or Jojoba Hair Creme w/Argan Oil? They are both in Squeeze Bottles.
I wanted to change my order to Roots Nourishing Pomade, because I found another Jar of the Green Tea in my Stash, but she said she had the Green Tea Ready to Ship out, so I just said nevermind.![]()
choctaw can you make me some of this???![]()
HUGE HIT:
Darcy Botanicals Pumpkin Seed conditioner... Intense hydration and softness for days. Great detangling and curl definition; plus it rinsed away clean without weighing my hair down. its my new HOLY GRAIL moisturizing conditioner. I never thought anything could rival SE megasilk, but this has it beat.
HITS:
- Pura Body Naturals Sapote Lotion. Very good as a cowash conditioner, made my hair really soft and moisturized.
- TLC Naturals Shea Boabob Oil. Love this stuff, and my little sample bottle will last forever because you only need a teensy little bit.
