Where is the sticky for beginners?

When I joined there was an 'intro' thread with ideas of how to get started. I introduced my friend to this forum recently and now there is none of that, it's just straight into baggying and megatec and whatnot which can be completely overwhelming when you don't know what to start. Is there a reason this permanent link is no longer on this board?

I have no idea. I didn't even notice they changed the stickies

Chioniso, I thought they are where they have always been. Under "Favorite Stickies" which is still at the top. No?
