I Am So Blessed
I'm easy going.
Thinking about going on a Long Term stretch, and if the stretch works out, ill just never put the creamy white in my hair again.
<--almost tempted to poor my heart out on LHCF.

Nothing to offer, I would love to see pictures as well. I'm 8 months into my transition and my bantu knot outs are terrible! I gave up on them after the 4th or 5th month.
@AdoraAdora24 I thought you were liking your telaxed hair..What happened?
@Nonie Have your tried grease or castor oil on your ends? I put a little bit of apex on my ends before they go into the curlformer and they don't frizz up when I pull them apart.
I have pics of bantu knot outs all throughout my fotki when I was transitioning. It seemed after so many months though, I had to switch things up and start doing twistouts.

@Nonie, I still have my curlformers and am actively seeking a way to make them last past the first day. I was actually able to get good results on my ends with using foam wrap and putting castor oil on my ends.

I think curlformers are a great way to stretch hair for bantu's. I wonder if adding a silcone (heat protectant) to the ends would help prevent some of the frizzing.
@StephElise, my ends look fine as long as I don't try to separate. Do you have photos of the curls separated?
Thanks @StephElise, I have never used heat so I wonder if that would make a difference?
So can you run that by me again? What was your full procedure again? Product names please!
@natural_one, Can you share pics please?
I did an experiment when @yodie and I were discussing ways to improve CF's results. I might have to try it again, but I just remember feeling really grossed out by the "greasiness" of Castor oil. I used it on the length not just ends and on damp hair and then when it set I removed it and tried to separate.
Me-no-likey!
I'll see if I can find the post where I reported results. And I still wasn't impressed by results. The ends were still fuzzy although much easier to separate than when I did CFs on dry hair.
