I know fall short in the fresh fruits and veggies area and I am going to make some lifestyle changes to try and compensate for that. In the meantime, I am looking for a (dont' know what to call it exactly) super green food that has Spirulina and Blue Green Algae and wheat grass and stufl like that in a powder that I can mix in a super smoothie I'm planning to drink every morning. There is about a gazillion products out there, any recommendations??? I'm looking for the best Phytonutrient type powder supplement that tastes half way decent...
