Should naturals use ceramides? I really want to know please help me.

I don't think my hair likes oils period. I did the oil rinsing and my hair felt sooo good. Now at a few days later, my hair feels kinda crunchy. I used grapeseed oil. Do these oils have alot of protein? My hair feels the same way when I use coconut oil and Aloe Vera Juice.![]()

@pookaloo83, ceramides are in a lot of products, so you don't have to rely on oils only to get them.

I'm not completely sure but I don't think grapeseed or coconut oil have protein. I think maybe it's a combination of things that could make your hair crunchy, not just the oils.

Be sure to use your oils sparingly. Over saturation can make your hair feel hard and crisp as well.
Those oils DO NOT have protein in them.
