I cut an old stocking and use that, some people use those goody head bands though. i just keep pushing it back until it is as tight as I want and then i tie it. No youtube yet, im too shy lol.

I believe it is Mac Sweet as Cocoa. It could be Rock and Republic Shameless, they are pretty much identical. love both!
 
Now that the type of puff I go and get from the BSS to try to get that look and still it doesn't look at great as yours.. Beautiful.. The one I buy is not a puff its a ponytail actually.. That is truely a deam puff
