Sean is getting ready to do this all natural long hair girl's hair and he is talking about her like a dog in her face about how he don't like doing all this hair and how he would have never booked this. She just sitting there smiling I would have got right out that chair and walked out because the other stylist agreeing with him.

I saw that episode...that really pissed me off that he did that...

U would rather do raggedy chewed up hair?

I'm surprised that other stylist didn't take her since she doesn't like chemicals

I saw that episode and was like huh! U can tell that show is so staged every episode is over the top, he did not even wash her hair and then have the nerve to pass her on to the asst to finish after talking about her hair. He would not get any of my money

no it is not the chemicals he was talking about it was just too much hair. but it is on demand so I was watching what I had missed. the assit did it on purpose I think so she could get to do her hair.

Even though that show is staged to the hilt it doesn't surprised me. I don't know of many stylists that enjoy doing a lot of hair. That's why they always want to make up reasons for chopping it off.

lol I know right that is what I was thinking while I was watching I said I will never go into a salon again, do my own hair now that I know what to do lol

Yea I remember that episode. He was being very disrespectful to the lady. I would never go to anyone that is that hard up about doing long hair. His job is a hairstylist and he should be able and use to doing all lengths of hair with no complaint...If i was her I don't care who he is or what salon he works at I would never go back to him.

Sean was a mess for that (although he's my fav drama queen on the show). I think it's a matter of money. It'd take him longer to flat iron her hair which was probably a minimal fee compared to taking a higher service client with less hair. He did mention that he wouldn't have booked her that early in the day like Syreeta did and he did say her hair was beautiful. I think he was just referring to the booking from a business sense - but had to express it in only the manner that he knows how.

Yeah I saw that. She just sat there just a'smiling. Maybe she was so excited that she'd be featured on an episode of the show, that she didn't mind paying this man to disrespect her and her hair on national t.v. I'm not the best at exercising my "That's it I'm leaving" muscles, but I'd have to make an exception for such treatment. Her hair was B-E-A-Utiful!!! I'd be swanging it as I sashayed out of the door, honey.

Does anyone know what number episode this was on? I tried to watch the show but had to turn it off after 10 minutes, so I wasn't trying to search though all the epi's to find which one. Too much extra on my tv screen gives me a headache.

It sounds like his rant was that she booked him someone that much hair to be straightened in what he considered the last minute. I guess he wanted more notice. Who knows????

This is my first time watching this show and I have no idea if this is a new episode or what.

Anyway, it's the one where he's putting the weave into the girl with the messed up dye job and he used Beyonce's old weave. Well, her hair looked really good from the front but why the heck is her own hair so obviously sticking up from the weave hair?? Shouldn't it be blended better than that?

Seems like a lot of staging going on in this show because what are the chances of him using the used Beyonce weave on his client. Tsk tsk

I'm glad I'm not the only one that wasn't impressed with the styles featured on this show..
And those commercial break "hair care tips" are some of the most basic, common sense ideas EVER! (Then again, what we'd consider basic... is probably "new" to the masses)

I know a lot of stylist that don't like doing long hair period! Oh and forget natural hair. I think they don't like it because it takes too much time out of their day.

On a personal note, as a future professional, I love long hair! It's easier to style and you can some some fun with it (in a healthy way, of course) But to each, their own.... I guess.

I don't know why I came in this doggone thread !!!! I watched 3 episodes at work today (thank god I own the place :lachen:), and I'm on my second on demand episode! I'll finish the whole show tonight. This is addictive.

And I'm totally unimpressed by the hair. The only one I've liked so far is the kid's mom cuz she looked real. Everything else, blech!
