Washing more frequently wouldn't help things, it may make things worse because for some it's too much manipulation. It doesn't seem your hair can handle that so I would look into a low manipulation regimen.so do you guys think i should wash more frequently? i already feel like at two or three times i already wash too frequently a week. but my hair starts to stiffen and harden after a couple days once the "freshness" of the shampoo wears off. im always in the gym sweating pretty regularly. i dont know that im having a protein/porosity/moisture problem because why my hair dries after a wash it feels perfectly fine.
