So I was trying to hold out until 18 months, but that didnt happen. 
I should have known I wasnt gong to make it that far because when I get bored I feel like I need to make a change in my life and this time it just happened to be my hair. I think what pushed me over the edge was the fact that was a few factors. 1) its starting to get warm out and I want to wear my hair out 2) I felt like there was no reason for me to keep my relaxed ends if I was just gonna keep PSing under a wig anyway.
It wasnt A LOT of hair I cut off, but it was a pretty descent amount. And my hair is still SL and even CBL in some places. Even though my shrinkage is CRAZY!! I dont even look EL. I hope to still make APL by the end of the year. It feels great to finally be 100% natural I dont even care about how short it looks.
