Yep, I big cut ... at first I think I was in major shock .. now its sinking in its not that bad... I was ALREADY natural but .. I over did it on the heat and wanted my afro back .. not waves. My hair resembeled texturized hair... It wasnt breaking in any way shape or form I just disliked the texture.

If it helps, I cut about two inches off of my hair just last night. I feel all at it but it's not too bad. Just 2 inches.... that should grow back in about 2-4 months or so. I had started to experience breakage and I realized that it had been a while since I had a true trim (I was dusting mildly before) so I took some sharp shears and had at it. It definitely feels better. I just told myself I'd go back to what I was doing before.... co washing, twist-outs, and modified wng's and some protective styling.
