My steamer doesn't have a name. I ordered it from Ebay for $120 with free shipping. It looks like this:

Someone on the board ordered a Huetiful steamer and had problems with it. I don't remember who it was but it was posted recently.

I bought my steamer April of last year. I don't remember who I ordered it from on Ebay but it was from a powerseller who sold salon supplies with a great feedback rating. I think the seller owned a store because he had a lot of inventory. Those steamers were selling like mad. The reason I bought one from Ebay was because Salonsrus had their steamers on back order.

I love my steamer. It has made all the difference in the world in my hair as you can see in my siggy pic. It was easy to assemble and I never had any problems with it. If it broke today and I would place another order today without hesitation.

One day I was vacuuming and moved it and one of the legs fell of. My SO said he can fix it. Also the little screws around the hood came out and the plastic broke I may have to tape it down. I purchased it last year and have have multiple problems. I guess that's what I get for jumping on a band wagon.

The same thing happened to me. I was moving the steamer to get the vacuum out of the closet and one of the legs fell off. I haven't used it since and that was at least 6 months ago.

I admit my hair was softer when I used it but it's just a treat for me, nothing I would do every week. I'm just too lazy.

Yep twice a week! My hair has never felt better, it has totally taken moisture levels through the roof. My hair is softer and more moisturized for several days.

I can definitely tell the difference! I ordered the Huetiful steamer, got it a month ago..and I haven't had any problems yet. I have been transporting to and from my mom's house (steaming her hair also).
