It looks fantasitc. If you have a hard top bonnet dryer, you can put a cap on her head and sit her under the warm dryer. This will be so she does not have to sleep in this stuff.

very good but tell me what it gritty at all?

I use the Lush Caca Noir (Henna + Indigo). I LOVE it but it is so hard to wash out! However, it does leave your hair in soft state once you manage to get those gritty bits out of your hair. Unfortunately for me, it has done nothing to get my hair darker though :(

It was very gritty. And extremely hard to grind into tiny pieces. Adding conditioner, honey and the hot water helped tho.

I didn't have one. How long would you have to sit under the dryer?

I think you did a good job. Your mom's hair turned out nice. :yep:

I've been wanting to try Lush's henna, but I don't wanna part with $22 for it when the Indian stores sell boxes of henna for $1.99. I may try the Indigo. I wanna try henna, but I love my black hair. :love2:

This looks great! Your mom has beautiful hair.

I used Lush Caca Noir last night. I grated one square and a half and poured a cup of hot water on it. I kept it on my hair overnight. I haven't seen a difference yet but I'll try to take pictures later.

Your mom's hair turned out beautiful! I love Lush henna! I usually purchase mine at the Lush counter (at Macy's). It's super easy to use. All you have to do is grate it with a cheese grater. I like to add amla oil to mine. The one I like is the Lush Caca Noir bar.

As a matter of fact, I posted a review of it about a year ago I think. Here is the link if you want to read it:

Your moms hair looks super healthy. You did a great job!:yep:

I have my henna bars ready to use next week. Can't wait!

Because I have really thick hair I was told to use three squares. When I buy the bar it will last me for two applications.

I was curious to see how this turned out on black natural hair. I wanted to buy it but was scared. I can always count on my LHCF ladies! Your mom's hair turned out lovely! Did she experience any curl loosening?

WOW! you did a great job.. I did henna tonight. First time, I am in henna hell! not happy, freakin out just a little.

Mine wasn't all smooth like that I think I used too much water.. and I am struggling to get it out of my hair, Oh and it's got this tangle attack happening too.

Grrrrr **shakes Christmas fist.**

Crisis over. Amla Oil, JBCO and 3/4 a jar of Bee Mine Deep Conditioner.
In the shower with my shower head and I'm all tangle free with henna washed out.

Whew. Now I'm up and can't sleep, watching Ralphie try on his pink bunny pajamas from Aunt Clara

"He looks like a deranged Easter Bunny...He looks like a Pink Nightmare!"
You'll shoot your eye out kid!!!

Luvs IT!
