So, by accident, I use Paul Mitchells intense daily moisture treatment as a leave in... yeah I read the rinse out part like 2 days after using it and LOVING my hair. [I have 3 c / 4a porus curls, which i used a demi permant color on recently that seemed to dry it up something extra terrible.] Once i realized it was the DC that was making it act that way, i tried my usual dc, neutrogena triple moisture - its cheaper and has always given good results... after a week of doing this- mind you i go to the gym alot and sweat alot, so i would want to at least run water through my head everyday- and this allows me to do it! ( i havent been doing this, because normally, it results in hair loss from the wetting and the super drying out and wetting again) . My hair is not breaking off, my curls are bouncy and so hydrated. The only other thing that i am doing is running some sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil (a few drops in my hands rub together and scrunch into my dried hair the next morning) I will shampoo my hair on sunday, but honestly, my scalp feels fine and my hair is not weighed down, at all.... I am having really good hair with ONE product. I wanted to share :) I wish i had pics- I will try to post some later

I'm starting to get into products that have multiple uses. My Mane-n- Tail is pretty good as a regular con and it is an excellent protein leave-in. I just bought the Kenra MC today because I read on the Kenra website that it can be used as a regular con, DC and a leave-in. I've tried it once and I love the way it smells!

I try to stick with products the manufacturer has okay'ed for leave-in use though. I don't need a set back :)

I use deep conditioner lots of times as a leave in. I love the high level of moisture that my hair retains - without being greasy.

:sekret: MnT does some work in that kimmaytube leave-in

It works with deep co's that have no protein. I used to do that like 2 or 3 years ago with the original Nexxus and it worked.

I do this all the time, I'll mix some conditioner with water and run it through my hair and push it back into a bun. It helps me detangle my roots and makes my hair feel nicely conditioned.
