My stylist uses this comb. Actually, she uses the Mini version. I must admit, I really like the comb. I got an opportunity to use it at her shop one day. I asked her how much she paid for it and she told me $9.99. She bought it at a professional beauty supply store.
I called the same store and they confirmed they have the Jumbo version also for $19.99. The store states that these combs are VERY popular. This store is on the South side of Chicago.
Here are the features:
Professional Hard Rubber - Magic Star - Jumbo Rake Comb
**100% HARD RUBBER COMBS FOR PROFESSIONALS
**MADE IN GERMANY by NEW YORK HAMBURGER
**Made from 100% PURE NATURAL hard rubber that is non-porous, guaranteeing hygiene and resistance to chemicals
**HAND MADE and highly polished, making them smooth and gentle to the hair and scalp
**TEETH are SAW-CUT, free of any seams, with round tips and sides
I found the same comb on www.zooscape.com. Hopefully, the link below works. The site also has comments from consumers regarding the Jumbo version.
So, does anyone think the comb is worth $9.99 and $19.99? I usually only pay $1.50-$2.00 at the most for my combs.

I don't mine spending the additional money if it's going to last and not snag my hair.
