I clearly have to get better at flat twisting but for the most part, i think i did pretty damn good! I'm still PSn right now so i couldn't do this on my own hair but my sister's hair is in need of some serious TLC so i thought of WestNDBeauty's style and tried my hand at it and here are the results

As i said before, my flat twist skills need serious improvement but overall i like it

p.s. You're flat twist skillz are way better than mine. Keep practicing!
 
Yeah, your flat twists look fine to me. I'd say the biggest difference is that your flat twists were bigger than WNDB's, that's it. I like it.
 
Hey that looks good for a first try a recreating the look! Your flat twists look way better than mine! Your model looks very pleased! I'm glad that you gave it a try. Keep practicing and I'm sure you'll be able to master the look and create more looks in no time :)!

You did a pretty good job!

That hairstyle was supposed to be my summer hairstyle, but I can't go out in public with the flat-twists that I do.

*makes a mental note to practice flat-twisting*
 
Great skills! Is there a tutorial for flat twisting? I finally learned how to cornrow (still rough but OK) and would love to learn how to do this...

ha! pictures may say a thousand words but this one is clearly not saying the right ones.

She hates getting her hair done. She was crying while i was doing it because she wanted to get up from there n she claimed she wanted to go to bed. But surprise surprise once i was done she was hoppn n skippn around the house...

Oh wow! It looks good.

Practice makes perfect. You're luck you have a life size head to learn on. I was stuck learning twists on a doll with a head 3 inches in diameter.:grin:
